As the Secretary of the Department of State, they are charged with overseeing Departmental administration and advancing Soundland's foreign policy goals. They are responsible for applications for naturalization and other citizenship matters. Lastly, they manage Soundland's embassies and consulates around the world, which serve as a point of contact for both governments and overseas citizens.
